If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.

Return Conditions

1. The item must be in new condition, unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included (case, documents, tags, etc.). The exception is products with factory defects.
2. Returns will not be accepted for:
   • Guitars with visible signs of use (scratches, dents, wear marks).
   • Custom-set or modified instruments.
   • Consumables (strings, picks, cleaning products, etc.).
3. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us at info@guitarstore.ae or +971 58 533 0104 with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item.
2. We will confirm the return and provide further instructions.
3. Ship the item back in secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Process

• Once the item is inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your guitar for a different model, please contact us. In some cases, we may offer an exchange without additional shipping charges.

Return Shipping Costs

• The return shipping cost is covered by the customer unless the item is defective.
• If the return is due to our error (wrong model, defect), we will cover the return shipping costs.
